This page has legal documents and other documents that are public record and help to show the details of my grandchildren being seized.
Appeals Court

This was entered in August. Amiee is awaiting a decision.

Notice how he mentions the vaccine exemption as if it makes her a criminal

I can't find the words to explain this, you just have to read it.

I'm happy they made the right decision, and the kids are home. I'm dissapointed on the jurisdiction issue. It's vague, USES REPEALED LAW, and imply's that the kids were in thier fathers custody when they were seized, which they were not. He had refused to comply with the custody order, he told me, on recording, on his lawayers advice. It also states that both parents have displayed "less than perfect" parenting skills. No parent is perfect, but I'm curious what they based that on. Oh, and notice the heading, why is the "cabinet" missing? I'm not a lawyer, just asking for opinions.

Amiee's motion regarding Judges jurisdiction, etc

This is the writ Amiee filed in regard to Judge Reed Rhorer and Jake Staton the Clinton County Court Clerk.

Why is the Attorney Generals taking time and money to representJudge Reed Rhorer and Clinton Co. Circuit Court Clerk Jake Staton??? At the taxpayers expense? How can Judges appoint themselves?

This is just a motion Amiee filed requesting the KY COA to correct the caption on thier order they issued on her first writ. (The one where they released the children from unlawful IMPRISONMENT in foster care. (Sorry, grandma get upset when she thinks about the kids in foster care.)

Here is the order from the Kentucky Court of Appeals. Moot?? Note that the Motion for reconsideration on the jurisdiction of Lovelace is still pending.
